Profit Alerts is an AI-powered market intelligence platform that provides:

• Real-time AI sentiment analysis of financial news
• Personalized watchlist alerts for U.S. stocks, ETFs, and indices
• Push and email notifications for high-confidence market signals
• Market feed dashboard accessible via web and mobile

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration
• One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Profit Alerts offers a free tier and paid subscription plans billed through Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are evaluated case-by-case within 7 days of purchase
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code
• Resell or redistribute content without authorization
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or market manipulation
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or rate limits
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits

All content, design, software, and AI models in the Service are owned by Profit Alerts and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

News content is sourced from publicly available RSS feeds. Rights remain with the original publishers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profit Alerts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from actions taken based on Service content
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data inaccuracies

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property and limitation of liability survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
